CBSA and Gender-Based Violence: Recommendations on policies and operations

In the context of the Canada Border Services Agency’s review of the immigration enforcement framework with a focus on the needs of victims of gender-based violence, the CCR submitted a series of recommendations for changes in the areas of both policy and operations. The recommendations were developed through a consultation with the CCR member organizations.
